ATN Camera Adapter 4 for attaching the Night Storm Night Vision Monocular

10 February 2010 2 Comments

Product Description

ATN Camera adapter 4 Camera adapter for Night Storm Model number ACMUCA04 Item Description The ATN Camera Adapter 4 allows you to record night vision images with a still or video camera. One side attaches to the night vision eyepiece with the help of the set screws. The other side attaches to the front of a macro lens with the included filter adapters which are 37mm and 52mm. To use this adapter effectively the intended recording device or camera MUST have a macro feature or lens. You will be focusing on the phosphorous screen of the NVD. Without true macro capability in your camera or lens you will not be able to focus correctly. You must first focus the NVD and afterwards you can attach and focus your camera. When you have achieved sharp focus in your camera you can fine-tune your focus at the NVD. Disabling the auto focus feature of your camera and using the manual focus option will provide optimum results. If the filter thread on your camera’s lens is not 52mm you will need to purchase additional adapter rings separately. Lenses with a filter diameter larger than 52mm will need a step down ring and lenses with a filter diameter smaller than 52mm will need a step up ring. Item Specifications
